Accessibility

Last updated: 5 October 2026. This statement describes how Victory Enterprise designs and builds digital interfaces for accessibility across devices and input modes.

Structure and navigation

The site is built with semantic HTML5 elements: native landmark regions (<header>, <nav>, <main>, <footer>), a single primary <h1> on every route, and strict hierarchical heading progression.

Core interactive elements — navigation menus, dialog overlays, FAQ disclosures, and inquiry inputs — are keyboard operable. Focus states use high-contrast outlines with 2px offset. A working skip link (#main) allows keyboard users to bypass global navigation directly to primary page content.

Motion and display

Interface animations respect system-level prefers-reduced-motion media queries. In addition, an in-place “Reduce motion” toggle in the website footer allows visitors to disable non-essential animations immediately without reloading or losing form drafts.

Typography and interactive boundaries maintain contrast standards targeting the WCAG 2.2 Level AA requirements (4.5:1 for standard text, 3:1 for large display text and interface elements) on both paper and forest surfaces.

Known limitations

While our markup follows automated testing and WCAG AA technical guidelines, we state our current verification scope honestly:

  • Assistive technology: The site is built to pass automated accessibility checks across all 21 routes, and manual verification across diverse screen-reader and browser combinations (such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver) is in progress. Known gaps found during review are fixed as they are confirmed; this statement is updated as verification completes.
  • External communication: WhatsApp and email links hand off to external native client applications whose interfaces are governed by third-party operating systems and software providers.
  • Zoom reflow: Layouts are designed to reflow cleanly across viewport widths without horizontal scrolling; 200% text-zoom verification is part of the ongoing QA pass. Extreme zoom combinations on narrow devices may require vertical scrolling through tabular ledgers.
