Fibre bale weight & grade
Compressed export bales — bale weight and grade confirmed with your quotation.
Fibre application scope
Raw extracted fibre supplied for mattress cores, cordage, geotextiles and erosion blanketing (not finished woven goods).
Husk chip fraction size
Fine, medium or coarse cubic cuts — fraction confirmed with your quotation for root-zone aeration.
Chip wash & buffer state
Unwashed, washed or calcium-buffered based on crop salt-sensitivity and water analysis.

Material boundaries

Use with the right limits.

Raw fibre for manufacturing

High-tensile raw decorticated fibre is supplied in compressed export bales for mattress cores, cordage, geotextiles and erosion blanketing.

Scope boundary: Raw fibre supply does not establish finished mat/net availability. Conversion occurs at destination.

Erosion-control manufacturing

Graded chips for root aeration

Cut cubic husk pieces introduce durable macro-pores in orchid mixes, epiphyte media and high-drainage substrates.

Salt caution: Raw chips carry higher native salts — strict washing and calcium buffering must be specified for sensitive crops.
