What the inquiry form collects
The inquiry form collects only the details you submit: full name, company, country, business email address, optional WhatsApp number, format of interest, inquiry intent, optional destination port, optional estimated quantity, and your message text.
These details are used solely to evaluate, quote, and coordinate your commercial inquiry. No form information is sold, shared with advertising networks, or used for automated marketing profiling. Basic abuse protection operates on hashed request identifiers and time-window rate controls — never on the textual contents of your message.
Where submissions go
Submissions are transmitted securely via our serverless submission endpoint (/api/submit) to our trade desk inbox (victory.enterprise25@gmail.com) and coordinated by our India operations or UAE trade desks. One designated inbox receives incoming commercial inquiries; they are not dispersed across fragmented mailboxes.
An inquiry marked with the “Evidence” intent is routed to our quality desk to determine batch documentation (COA) availability. Transmission uses transactional email infrastructure, which processes the message text to achieve delivery. Inquiries are not stored in a persistent web-facing database on this site, and all server responses disable browser caching (no-store).
Browser storage and preferences
This website does not set tracking cookies, load advertising scripts, or embed cross-site telemetry tools.
The only client-side browser storage used by this site is a single preference key (ve-motion in localStorage) that remembers whether you selected the “Reduce motion” toggle in the footer. Your commercial inquiry form is not drafted or autosaved in browser storage — navigating away before submitting leaves the form blank upon return.
Retention & your choices
Inquiry emails are retained within our desk inbox only for the period necessary to respond to your requirement, coordinate order execution, and meet trade compliance record-keeping.
To request the review, update, or deletion of details you submitted, write to victory.enterprise25@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. Our desk will verify and execute the request.
Third-party infrastructure
The site is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure, and form submissions use transactional email routing. WhatsApp and phone links open client applications on your personal device governed by their respective service terms. We do not embed external tracking iframes, map widgets, or third-party chat agents.
