Illustrative container loading and dispatch context

Document scope & compliance

Agree the document set before dispatch.

Commercial and quarantine authorities inspect distinct records. Four standard documents accompany every shipment; destination-specific certificates are confirmed during quotation.

Standard documentation

Standard records confirmed with every commercial quotation

Issued by Victory Enterprise finance desk

  2. 02

    Packing list

    Standard commercial record

Containers, pallets, unit counts, tare / net / gross weights.

Issued by yard operations upon container stuffing

Packaging & container structure

From unit to loaded container.

Three related scales protect compressed cocopeat from origin compression to container discharge.

Compressed cocopeat block shrink-wrapped in protective film
Unit scale Compressed block wrapped in LDPE film or poly-strapped
Shrink-wrapped cocopeat blocks stacked on an export pallet
Pallet scale ISPM-15 heat-treated wood with corner protectors and shrink shroud
Ocean shipping container stuffed and inspected at origin yard
Container scale 20 ft or 40 ft HC ocean container stuffed and sealed at yard

Packing and loading configuration

  1. 01 · Unit

Compressed export block wrapping & labelling

Shrink-wrapped in UV-stabilised LDPE film or poly-strapped. Clear or custom-printed stretch film protects compressed cocopeat against ambient atmospheric humidity and handling scuffs during international transit.

  2. 02 · Loading

    Palletised versus floor-loaded container packing

Stacked on heat-treated ISPM-15 export pallets with corner edge-protectors and shrink shroud. Floor loading is available when maximizing container cube volume is the overriding freight priority.

Decision factor Palletised packing Floor-loaded (unpalletised)
Handling at discharge Rapid forklift discharge Manual piece unloading
Destination equipment Forklift and loading dock or ramp required Manual labour handling at discharge facility
Container cube fill Standard pallet clearances Maximum container cube fill
Cargo stability Interlocked stack with corner protectors and stretch shroud Tight wall-to-wall stowage with moisture floor barrier
Pallet compliance ISPM-15 certified heat-treated wooden export pallets Zero pallet certification or wood disposal required
  3. 03 · Dispatch

    Container stuffing, inspection & seal

Supervised loading into 20 ft or 40 ft HC ocean containers at the processing yard. Container structural inspection, floor lining, tare balance verification, and high-security bolt seal application prior to direct dispatch to Chennai or Tuticorin port.

Commercial & operational sequence

How your order moves to shipment.

Five structured handoffs from initial specification to container release at origin port. Each step defines the buyer input and operation output.

    Inquiry & specification

    Buyer input

Destination country, discharge port, target volume, EC target, and intended application.

    Operation output

Technical specification review against seasonal raw material inventory and yard capacity.

  2. 02

    Quotation & confirmation

    Buyer input

Incoterms preference (FOB / CIF), target delivery window, and commercial details.

    Operation output

Formal written quotation specifying pricing basis, document scope, and cargo readiness window.

  3. 03

    Production & packing

    Buyer input

Label artwork approval, pallet preference (palletised vs floor-loaded), and strapping requirements.

    Operation output
